Can I try on the dress before I hire?
Yes! We offer in person appointments at our try on studio in Bendigo, Victoria. You can book an appointment via our website. If you're unable to attend in person - please send us an email and we may be able to organise a postal try on!
Where do you ship to?
We use AusPost Express post shipping to anywhere in Australia! We don't currently offer international
When can I pick up my dress?
For local pick up - we have reception staff available from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday at our Try on Studio address 31 McDowalls Road, East Bendigo VIC. These same hours are applicable for drop off. Pick up / Drop off times can be organised outside of this by contacting us directly!
Does the cost include dry cleaning?
Yes! We take care of all cleaning of the garment - you just wear, enjoy and drop off at the end of your hire period.
What if I damage the dress?
We are able to manage most general wear and tear with our dry cleaning and alterations team! We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed while wearing our garments so as long as reasonable care is taken to prevent damage, no worries!
For extreme cases where the dress is damaged extensively, we may ask for the retail value of the dress to be paid minus the cost paid for the hire.
How long does shipping take?
We use AusPost express post for all of our orders! Although the time frames are outside of our control, generally shipping times are 1 business day to Metropolitan cities and 2-3 business days for Regional / Remote. If you have any concerns regarding the arrival date of your hire, please contact us so we can try our best to ensure that your garment reaches you in time for your event!
Should I start my hire date on the day of my event?
We recommend starting your hire date 1 day prior to your event. If your event is on a Friday, then start your date on the Thursday.
We will ship our dresses out 2 days prior to the start date of your hire to allow for any postal delays.
If picking up locally, this ensures you don't have to pick up your dress the day of your event.
When do I send my dress back?
Dresses should be dropped off at our address or put in the post by 5 pm the day after the hire finishes.
We ask where possible to submit the parcel to a post office so the parcel can be scanned at the desk and we can see live updates of its tracking and know that you've completed your return.
